NPJ Promotionsis not a law firm, and we are not attorneys. We are Legal Document Assistants, LDAs, experienced professionals authorized to prepare legal and/or business documents for our clients, but only at the direction of the client.

At NPJ Promotions, we assist the "self-help" client in handling his own legal/business matters without the cost of an attorney. We can only provide self-help services and complete documents at your specific direction. NPJ Promotions not only helps to fill out forms but also submit some forms on behalf of our clients as well.

Many legal/business forms are very confusing. Incorrectly filled out forms can cause substantial delays.     This procedure is called “pro se,” which means advocating on one’s own behalf before a court, rather than being represented by a lawyer. We can assist you with the preparation of documents that you may use in connection with your pro se appearance in court.
  • Will I be able to speak with someone regarding my case? +

    Our team of customer service representatives will be available to answer questions concerning our available documents and any related costs.
  • After receiving my final documents, what happens next? +

    In your final documents package, you will receive your requested documents which should be ready to file. You will simply need to review and sign the documents. If a document is required be notarized, it will be self-evident from the face of the document.
  • How long will it take to receive my final documents? +

    Your final documents will be completed within 3 to 5 business days after all questionnaires and all necessary information is received from you by our processing center. Delays in completing your documents will occur if all necessary information is not provided by you.
  • Who prepares my documents? +

    Our team of experienced Documents Prepares will use the information you provide to prepare your documents. Your final documents will be in an approved form so that you may file them with the court in your case.
  • How does the process work? +

    After you sign the Service Agreement and choose the right document for your specific needs, our experienced Document Prepares will use the information that you provide to prepare an approved legal form that complies with state guidelines.
